    Primer bulb needs to be between filter and outboard. The bulbs contain check valves to prevent one engine from drawing fuel from the other. So you will need 2 primer bulbs, one for each motor.

    You're really gonna have to explain how a plug not firing will cause a lean condition. Fuel and air will still be going thru the cylinder even if the plug doesn't fire.
