Not bad! The guy paid $187,000 for it in 2007. According to Wiki, it wasn't used for "cosmonaut recovery" . More like a go anywhere mail truck. I saw this thing at a boat show last year or the year before. It didn't look worth $187K then.

He is probably not far off on what he is asking for it out west, including Canada. My SS201 sold for $16200.



He will get about that for his Islander, maybe a little high but someone will talk him down and feel like they got a good deal.

Maybe it's just me but I think the guy needs a new tape measure. Looks like a 18'r to me not 21'. My Chief 's hull measured out to be 1" shy of 19' when it was stripped down and I'm thinking this one is the same.

The bow light and flag pole thing looks like the same type that one of our members was asking about re chroming. Really cool!
