Day) in which some of the most beautiful pictures that exist were posted. However, it was a full-time job for the mods as some people wouldn't respect the line in the sand and would post "revealing" pics. It sort of turned into a game (
how revealing). A pic that was too revealing would get poofed by the mods, but if you checked it very often, you could catch a glimpse before they poofed it. This gave the thread a very high view count. And people would argue about their pic getting poofed for being see-through while so-and-so's pic showed half a nip, etc.. Eventually, the mods tired of the game (understandably) and poofed the whole thread.
It was a sad day for all of us. I think everyone who hung out in DC can remember exactly where they were when the H.O.T.D. got poofed. Recovery brought all of us together, though, as we helped each other through it,... taking it one day at a time...to carry on...
