Congrat's!! But I see what you mean... kinda anticlimactic... Would've been more satisfying to win in a saliva flyin' mix of "Justice for All" and "A Few Good Men" kind of styles....

Really, good to hear it worked out. How much did it cost you in legal fees if you don't mind me asking? Can you re-coup those based on it being a frivilious law suit? Or maybe not worth the effort.

Glad to hear that one of the good guys won for a change - and a default is still a win for sure!

I think the answer to the question of if a counter-suit is possible, is yes. Whether it is worth the effort or not is another thing. I would say that it depends on how much you are out for attorney's fees, etc.

Hmmmmmm ..... it would be sort of amusing to read some more in here, about how some judge made them pay you whatever the limit in your smail claims court is!
