yea thats not fair~ can't start a topic and get everyone looking for the conclusion and then shut us down! what happened?

I don't forsee the outcome of this being a secret.

I will provide as much detail/dirt as I possilby can. But nothing has really happened recently.

Here is an update though: I sold the 22' Macgregor and have purchased a 27' Cal 2-27. Fixed keel, 6' head room, full galley and enclosed head, much more room than the old Mac, and she is FAST!.

lol, yes 2footitis! I agree. Many of us have that. Tough to shake.

I also had MBS* there for awhile, but luckily got cured fairly quickly!

I hope the guy that bought the MacGregor does not come back after 3 hours with torn sails, missing rigging, rotted masts and broken keel and win a lawsuit....

What if in the bill of sale CB inserted just a single line stating something like, "Buyer understands that boat is sold as is and acknowledges that the boat was in good operating condition at time of sale."????

In addition, if it were notorized, all the better. I would think the judge would have sided with CB.

Anyway, good luck CB.....we're all pulling for you!

It does not matter what people sign. It is illegal to mis-represent a product for sale.

I don't think the boat was mis-represented, because I realize a motor can be running great and blow out of no where. The judge saw otherwise.

The question at hand is, did country bumkin really feel the motor was in great shape. I think he did, considering it was rebuilt in 2005.

MBS does not exist. MBS is simply normalcy. SBS is THE rising problem in America. Who can function normally with only a SINGLE boat ??

in the neighborhood I live in they have to fit in the garage. I currently have a 16.5 Searay and a 12 ft wooden boat in there. I can't fit anymore.
