When we hire a new plumbing apprentice we always tell him to "go to the truck and grab the pipe stretcher." ;)

Got some great weather today. So I set the splashwell in place for giggle and ha ha. I need to do some serious fitting for the swell to meet up flush with gunnels.
Rescrewed the the rubrail back in place. Ordered and used a couple of inexpensive jacks. All leveled out pretty good. Need to add some wood then kinda force everything back into place.
Also going to finish off garboard drain with some 5200 while temps are good.
I needed to see the line up cause I need to run 3/4 under both gunnels.
Happy, Happy Joy, Joy says I!

Very nice! I'm just glad my boat is in the car port today. Working in low 50's and rain grrrrr So glad you're having good weather there for a change.

Thanks Mike, all the puzzle parts are starting to come together. :) I'm thinking this fall and winter will be productive. Going to set up my heating station I've used before in the dead of winter before it gets too cold and I walk away. :)
In the coldest weather I was able to glass with no issues. Just have to put my mind to it and prep.

Put a couple of things together today. I got some stainless diamond plate steel from a place called remants. They sell a lot of stuff in small qty'd at decent prices. Got tired of looking at HDblow. Some stainless allthread and nuts bolts.
Had some fitting and cutting to do. Kinda happy with the fit. Also set the transom drain.

Thanks, happy with it. The correct name of the place I got the stanless is metalremnants.com. The pc. of stell was 24" x 4" for $7.50.plus freight. with the 1 angle. I cut to 14" l x @3.25" w. Ocillating tool and sawzall.
Zool I made an attempt at bending the other side with a slice/groove to a offset 90 but no good. I hadn't planned on the add'l bend but tried antway. Needed a little more torq, tools and a better work table. I did get a soft bend to carry over the transom top.
I think if I planned it out better could be done easily. Making a better diy brake would've done it.

Just a thought.
If you know a HVAC type person or someone with a welding shop, you might be able to use a heavy duty metal break to form stuff like that.
