the beer cooler was a bit harder to cut out as the measurements had to be exact as the cover rests on the top of the cooler it self.....
nothing up there is symetrical....nor is there any constant points of reference
the only way to do this was to etch the bottom of the board with somthing.
i took green painters tape.....folded it in half where i wanted the cut to be.....and with half the stickey side up....i put stringline chalk on the tape.
it made a bit of a mess.....but nothing to worry about...
i took the board and carefully placed it where it should be....then i jumped on it...!!!!
then i pulled the board up....and there it was
a perfect outline of the area i wanted to cut......i re marked it with a pencil....
both the ski locker and the beer cooler hatch got rounded corners......i used the chopped strand bucket as my circrumfrence reference.
again...the circ saw was used to cut the straight and the jig saw was used to cut the corners
