I can hear the corona bottles clanking together down here in Minnesota guys :p

Congrats Ward, major obstacle overcome, onto the next step! Murphy might even let you get a full half of the season with a completed boat this year if you are lucky! ;)

Glad to hear it all worked out!!! Makes my day. Will have a few here to celebrate. Can't wait until the summer to drink some of your Coronas on your yacht. Go celebrate, you deserve it.

Have a great day,

Rob.

Great story oops, and friends, and congratulations on the good sea trial. It's 1 AM and I have to get up at 6 to take my new log to be repaired and shortened, but I'm gald I read through this.

Hey man that's way cool. Glad to hear you about got all the bugs worked out. Need some more water pics. I cant wait to see her complete. Although you might have to stretch that truck your pulling with to make it a little more proportionate.Just add it on to this thread when your done with the Searay. Great job and you have been an inspiration for a lot of people including myself. Thanks man.

I'm happy to hear the great news!

I can't wait for you to install the new leg ratio and see what the 5.7 can do!

Have a great weekend!

Congrats Oops - what a victory! Just spent an hour or two catching up the last 20-30 pages...

You mentioned back there a bit about posting a you tube vid of the sea trials? Not that you've had anything else to do with your time...:)

Congrats! Post video when you're able.

You'd better start planning your maintenance schedule for that thing :) :) :)

Hey Opps - glad to hear you got the vibration issue figure out - congrats

Sorry to take a bit to reply but been busy with work. Hope to take a week off to get the stringers glassed in on my boat - updates/photos to come soon.

on another note if you pm me with your leg info, desired gear set, I'll see what kinda pricing I can get you through my dad - unless you can get good deals on your end.

Hey Ward
I used to work for an upholstery shop and we did seating for a few boats
I made a drawing of how i imagined your seating arrangement would be.

This is how we made strait and curved seating just make these cutouts and cut either straight rails or curved. We made round like a hot tub and even S shape seating this way
have a seamstress make up the vinyl to fit and staple it on over foam

Ward already revealed the seating layout and there will be a sun pad behind the seating over the engine compartment:

check out page 117 for more seating layout photos

Re: hull extension in progress with picks

Forget the fridge, get a 12 volt cooler and call it good. Don't forget to put in a couple of power plugs in so you can charge your cell phone.

Oops! you've got the room, so you may as well consider a full size beer (RE: Corona) case.

Re: hull extension in progress with picks

The fullsized beer coolers might be a bit much but a great idea...how about a Kegerator with a full keg of Corona(they do put it in a keg dont they?)
