Wow, that seems way under priced............ Even needing a motor & a little work...

May be in need of a bit more work then advertised, and doesn't look too bad down the port side...

Hey, it's getting close to Christmas, $7-800 might temp the seller to let it go...... Esp if you can find some soft spots on the deck...

GA were you good this year? :rolleyes:

Want a few of us to call the Admiral & speak to whether you deserve an early combined Christmas, b-day & next anniversary gift? :D

it isnt bad...the hull looks great.....you have to wrap the whole picture into your head and realize whn you are done what the cost really is...


i am getting a free boat about the same size but older...dual axle trailer, but...no axles or tires....but free!

now if you figure that it cost me $575 to get one axle fitted with parts shipped to my door...it would theoretically cost another $575 for the other axle...

thats almost $1200!!....if that trailer is sound...that makes the boat only $300!! before negotiation!

and the truth is Ill be spending at least $1500 on my boat...but some how I would never see myself going out and buying a running boat for $1500

doesnt make sense. ha ha ha

I never looked at your Midwest/east coast deals. Some of those boats would go for 2-4 times the price on the West coast. That 22' Cheftain for $1500 if the engine runs good would go easily for 4k or more in Oregon. I am hoping some day to come across the big 25' Cheftain for a reasonable price even if its a rebuilder.

Now that's a alum boat. I would love to rebuild that one. Just too far to drive to pick her up and I have no trailer.
Us west coast guys sure miss out on all the deals.
Hope some gets it before the scrap dealers see it.

Very large and 5 ft. deep 21 ft. Starcraft Aluminum Boat with an excellent trailer.
Boat looks new on outside. Interior needs new floor and seats.
With your interior and motor this will be a fantastic large boat.
Good for excursions on Lake Mead or Lake Powell or for a group of people.
I am not able to finish the interior. It does have steering wheel and livewell.
Yes, the boat is on the trailer backwards. Plan to reverse it soon.
Yes, we have paperwork. AZ registration for boat and AZ title for trailer.

1986 22' Starcraft Islander aluminum project boat. Outboard model. New transom and bottom tight. Good structural condition. Cutty excellent condition. Needs new plywood on rear deck and a fresh coat of paint if you don't like John Deere green (my wife said "out of here".. No motor, just selling boat. Boat was on Great Lakes fishing a year ago. Will sell excellent galvanized trailer for an additional $800. Large aluminum outboard boats are hard to find and if cared for last forever and hold their resale value. Chance to get one for little more than scrap value. Consider trades for something smaller.

1959 lonestar Malibu 14ft aluminum with the original 1959 35hp evinrude lark golden jubilee 50th anniversary edition. just tuned up. new coils wires plugs points and condensers. surprisingly fast and planes out in seconds. newer paint on trailer with new tires this year. motor is pull start only. but starts on second pull. not too hard to pull cause it fires right up. boat has original paint on it good shape. really cool boat. call or text 330-987-XXXX. $1200 obo
