Gib--

yeah, i got several. of course, i just tried to add an image to this msg after uploading to photobucket and it sez this is not a valid URL. #$%&*%%)#($ funny, looks like a URL to me but when i paste it in address bar, it takes me there but i'm sure iboats knows better than me.

nother try:

this is under where the roughly 1x8 teak rail runs along the upper inside edge of port side gunwale...had to pull the teak rail to find it.

Thanks!

There is only one place on the port side where it could be hiding, there is a plate riveted on there with what looks like a ladder mount/bracket, or for an old top, starboard side has what looks like something was there like it, but not as large.

I'll try drilling it off an hope for the best.

Other than the year, the registration looks 100% correct.
I have noticed that when getting something licenced like an old boat or a motorcycle, they go off of what you put down on the paper instead of research if there is no previous record at the DMV...

This time the lady actually asked me if there was a model Name she could enter for it.
With the Nova I tried really hard to get them to list the model as Nova instead of Strcrft, even provided a blown up picture of the ID tag

You must have a similar DMV to those here in WV.... Definitely a box of random chocolates, never know what your going to get....Helpful or down right ornery like a mule...

Same with calling for a state trooper to do a visual inspection & sign off on the documentation you have matching the boat or trailer you are transferring from a non-title state....

Good luck & it's going to be a nice looking rig once you give it some attention & throw some dough at it. Let the parts & pieces hunt begin:)

It actually don't look that bad.

I like the ingenuity of the hard top....but it's a pickup truck cap. Looks a bit odd to me.

only just a bit odd:facepalm:

LoL

I love that VW parked on that Islander... I wonder what it's like on the inside.

Not something I would want, and I doubt that van is aluminium

Don't see these very often. A Jupiter I/O for $600 in Grand Rapids. http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/boa/3016042105.html

I think one is getting cheaper. Down to $600 now in Boston. And still looks like the Debils boat too. http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/boa/3015976030.html

I wish all CL ads were as simple as this one. Makes me want to call - NOT. http://augusta.craigslist.org/boa/3015966101.html

A $grand 18' Holiday in Minneapolis, 120 hp Mercruiser. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/wsh/boa/3015724200.html
