I don't know why all you guys are getting so excited about keeping this post bumped to the top, it does NOTHING.
CB knows where the post is (probably bookmarked), and as soon as he has some info he will post it......... Guess what, when he posts the update, it will come to the top.
You guys are acting like this new court date will somehow be the immediate end to all his problems. WRONG, just the START of a new round of "Lawyer Speak"

Sorry for not updating on Friday, but Don S is right here. Nothing happened.

I'm not a lawyer so this whole process is new and confusing, if there are any lawyers out there maybe they can confirm my explanation. The court date last Friday was to hear a motion to schedule another trial (for lack of a better word). The buyer never responded, so we automatically get a new court date, we didn't even have to show up last Friday.

Alot of nothing, I know. My lawyer will call me this week to schedule another date. From what he says this won't be anytime soon. Thanks again for all the interest! I will update you on the new date when I hear from my lawyer.

Just got an email from the lawyer. Court date will be the first week in June.
Most folks around here will start to hit the lakes on nice days in March and April................I know I will.

I went out to the marina last weekend after the Nashville Boat Show to check on the sailboat. Everything looks good. I anticipate doubling my fuel consumption this year. Last year the 4hp Yamaha burned up 2 gallons.

Miss the big girl though. We did have fun with her. (the 20' cuddy that is)

This will all come to a conclusion mid season!
