I'm a very Lucky guy! She is really pushing me to get it finished so we can enjoy it before we get too old to enjoy it.Your lucky my wife would kill me if i worked on a boat for 7 years... Thats an understatement..
Ya ole fart........I'm a very Lucky guy! She is really pushing me to get it finished so we can enjoy it before we get too old to enjoy it.
Good grief Batman.... It's Mikeopsycho!Looking good indeed! Lots of changes since the last time I checked on your progress. I like the teak trim, pretty classy!
That piggy is not sliding anywhere Larry, Staying on the transom and what a battle that was.looks like a good size, just in time for winter. Just slide the outboard in there and you can tinker in the rain
Just might be doing that! LOL!Screw the boat stuff, drop a tv and couch in there!
Wow! What a great work space! You're going to enjoy that! But, I don't see a beer fridge.....how you gonna work without a beer fridge?A metal shed has an issue with condensate. Part of the shed is to be able to work in winter. I've begun insulating with 3/4" foam board and a spray gap filler. Keeping the gaps close but when to close I'll bevel the edge so the foam bites in to it.
Since yesterday I had condensate on the roof and today I did not. In addition the room has a little heater that I use aand the temps are already warm with the installed insulation.
I'll put in the foam board loose and then use wedges of foam to create gaps so the fill foam gets in. Here we are so far with the new boat/work shop. Getting cool here and need to wrap this up. This will let me clean out the boat and have a good dependable dry storage. I'll trim off the fat later when done.
Coming soon! Although my good wife may get upset losing her title to a fridge for "More Please". Hey you owe me some pics of the new boaty!Wow! What a great work space! You're going to enjoy that! But, I don't see a beer fridge.....how you gonna work without a beer fridge?
Def. concur, thanks for the feedback. Diggin that craft of yours Sir!I built a steel-framed camper, covered in aluminum. Condensation was awful every evening when I was out there working, as soon as it got dark and cooled off quickly.
The problem went away once the insulation went in.
I know. Believe it or not my camera broke. I don't have a smart phone, so now I need to decide what to do. Maybe I'll order a new camera online, there is no place to buy one on the little island where I live. Stay tuned.....Coming soon! So far I need a couch, tv and fridge. Got it.
