Yo so started cleaning out the cuddy area and moving to shed. Looks like @ 3" snow today. Phone/pics to comp. has issues loading so there it is.
New heater works great.
Reorganizing all my electrical documents for review and complete install.

Not too exciting for most but for me ya! Getting a grip on the wiring. Bilges are done other incidentals proceeding. Charge my phone while working in the boat today. I did not realize that your typical crimping tool off the shelf is so lame. Picked up a set of ratcheting crimps that do insulated, shrink and other fittings. You have to apply the proper teeth.
Huge difference when you tug the wire and no give.
All connections are shrink fit, shrink sleeve over that then liquid tape.

Now I'm fiddlin trying to get the old harness in to a possible new console shifter, tie in the gauges and an ignition. phewwwww says I.
But I did buy a bunch of led stuff to make me feel better cause they are easy for me now.

Hey Kev. I have some pics the previous owner sent me via facebook messenger that I transferred to my 'pictures' on my computer, but I can't figure out how to copy them from my 'pics' to you on here. I hate being computer illiterate, but I guess I am. more boat pics from Lorne.jpgmore boat pics from Lorne 2.jpgmore boat pics from Lorne 3.jpgmore boat pics from Lorne 4.jpgmore boat pics from Lorne 5.jpgmore boat pics from Lorne 6.jpgmore boat pics from Lorne 7.jpg

Hey, I think I did it.
I've added radar, mounted a couple fire extinguishers and a boat hook bracket, and done a bit of clean up since these pictures were taken, but that's about it. I've had her in the water all winter and have had her out in some really ugly, cold weather, and loved every minute of it. There's nothing like having to scrape ice off the windshield, inside and out, so you can go out and check the crab traps.
I'm planning to pull her out of the water in the next couple of weeks for maintenance and to redo the bottom paint. I'm also going to install a keel-guard so I can beach her every once in a while.

Very NICE Mike! I like that tolling motor/motor mount set up. What size is your troller motor? And nice dual station set up! That's a great rig there.
Did ya put any heat in her?

I pulled the trigger on a stereo system. Prewired and tested out electrical and speakers. Turns out to be ok.
