You gonna be done before me?

Surely not a race for me as you can tell. I hope you get in asap for sure. Their are so many variables to make it all come together, I've seen a lot of great Splashes here. You'll be done way before me. I still intend to build the wheelhouse prior to Splash.
So on another note this morning 45 deg. went and did did some wet on wet to join old splashwell to transom. All these components need to be sealed and glassed properly for the ply going over for the new flush deck. It is going to be hidden but integral structure surely always concerns me seeing the way NEW BOATS get made.
So temps went to 85 in no time. Glassing and pondering went well.
Thanks Guys!

Wow... BORING last couple days utter dan my comments on people wanting to blow up their boat
with bad fuel tank installs.
Anyway no pics but ran the dice against the weather and I made out ok today. No rain as was predicted, roll of the dice. Made the batch hot and all is cured ok.
Placed the flush deck down and drilled out the scuppers.

kcassells, after seeing so many of you pros on these forums and your boat projects, a few things come to mind. First how puny my little boat project really is, secondly, how long it is taking me to finish it off, and how well you all do your workmanship. I am kind of embarrassed now seeing what a real boat project is like! :thumb: for sure!

gm280 it is all about you and all the great guys just like you here on the forum. The phrase "size doesn't matter" comes to mind.
Each persons project is a diamond in the rough and sharing ideas and techniques is the benefit of being here.
As far as time...…..That's funny too. Do what you can, when you can. Always is about time and the ole ching ching.
I learn things from you all day long!
Looking forward to your splash.;)

Couldn't tell what fish they were.
So installed port side gunnel wood with glass both sides in pb. weather is in 40 last couple of days so running heater and heat lamps. Fitted a couple more items that will need glassing. Coming together nicely. Also drilled out a couple of floor/side gunnel drains where water use to collect with no way to drain.
Upside down on my back work so slow to go.
Pics coming.
Moving along..:)
