hahhaahhha thanks Buddie , but its not till the 18 this month !!!! lol camper did great frist time camping with power,it was the second time out with her !! No More Tents For Me !!!!! lol john

ok guys and gals, 10 and a half on her today !!!! my back is just barking at me now !!! but i really got it going, got all the braces cut and fitted crossmenbers cut and fitted,the fuel floor cut and fitted, and got the PVC cut, epoxyed all the wood , and this is the big one got all that glassed in !!! YEEEAAA HAAAAA !!!!!!! lol
Tomarrow is foam and the DECK !!!!! OOOHHH MY GOD THE DECK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a god !! lol and summers not over yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or deck and foam wirh expansion holes?....and if you want a ski locker....nows the time !

no I poured foam and then cut the deck !!
Yep thought of a ski locker but thought better of it !! dont rember why but !!!! lol ohh it was the lenght of the locker and couldnt do the cross menbers !!
I got allmost all the foam only have about two pints left , I was thinking that i got about 14 cubic feet in there ,850 lbs to 900 lbs of dead lift with the foam , I will post pick tonight !! waiting for the wife to get home so I can run and get the carpet !!! Ok shes here later John

OK Everone, the DECK IS IN !!!OHH man spent about 4 hour pouring foam , I did use the plexaglass, sprayed it with pan ,and it work till a bunch started to rise, and the foam got stuck to it !! so after that just started to pour !!

tha frist pic is 2 quart I perrty much stuck with the 2 quarts all day so I could try to pour where i needed it and not get it too much over the stringers,

It did rise in spots over the stringer but it was real easy to cut with a hand saw

Ohhhhh man does that feel good , I did get the carpet but the epoxy has to dry, I painted about 3 quarts just on the top , and I still got 1 gallon of it left !!! started with 6 and a half !!

Carpet goes in after i get home tomorrow after work !! and for now going to throw in the old seats , we will be on the water sat, and i will buy a corona for you ooops and pop her for yea !!!!! John

Great going. I have been following for some time now. I am doing mine this winter and wanted to follow along for parts and idea's from you gentle men. This has been great and thank's for the pic's thus far. looking forward to more pic's. get some of you on the water. :)

for the carpet are you going with snap in or you glueing it down.. im actually at that point in the project now.. im sooooo happy.. and yours looks reallly goood. tell me how it feels to be on the water

Hi zach103 Man if feels good , Dont it ? I am going to glue it in , was thinking of the the snaps but like i said i got so much epoxy down on it , its going to last a heck of a lot longer then I am going to have it !! plus i keep her covered ,except on the sunny days , to get her really dried out !! Let me know how yours turns out !! john

HAy Andy, I used 2 lb . I have read a few threads on here where they have poured after the deck was in and the foam has pushed up the deck , one thread this person had 3 guys standing on it and it lifted all 3 of them up !! and that was two lbs foam !! plus all the holes you have to drill and the plug , just thought this would be safer and easyer. John
