PS-I don't know how honest folks are around your parts, but I would consider getting some wheel locks for those "junkyard" rims...

Thanks Decker ,GT
I was thinking on some wheel locks . I would only be worried at the ramps cuss no one would dare try and take em in the yard with the newest family member guarding the place .

Thanks ! The seat backs may be just a little to tall but ok for a first timer ..

Too tall for comfort or looks? Fold them down during transport, & unless in use. In use, underway, I prefer a taller seat back, to a shorter one...

A quick tour reminded you WHY on earth you started this taxing journey. 'Cause otherwise it's an awfully expensive way to make new friends. :watermelon:

GT a tow rig is still one thing I need to figure out . I can,t use the company truck and my wife's Ford Freestyle prolly would not pull it to well . Had a guy pull in next to me at the hardware store the other day . He had a 67 I believe f-100 restored and just beautiful . The color was almost a perfect match to the boat . He said he was the original owner and has no plans on selling it ..I got a few idea,s floating around still . :untroubled:

Well then, fold 'em down when not in use. Besides, that way it keeps the bird carp off the people sitting side :watermelon:

Re: MFG rebuild getting started pics

Actually the thought of a nice old restored or custom truck would look awesome pulling the boat...
The practical side of things tends to lean towards a more modern truck with decent fuel economy, dead nuts reliability, and really good towing power with the possibility of it even having 4 wheel drive, in case you get to those ramps that beg for it...
But a nice Show & Tow Rig:rolleyes:...
Well hey, you know what they say, "he who has the most toys wins...";)

SWMBO suggested that the saying should be: He who buys another toy, gets buried in/on/under it. Pre-mortuem :fish:

I think the seats look great the way they are..

JBC is telling the truth.. SWMBO suggested that the saying should be: He who buys another toy, gets buried in/on/under it. :croc:
