Thanks guys ! Well I couldn't find the valspar so I just went with the rusto metal primer for the second coat .

I hope to put some finish color on tomorrow after work. I have been thinking I will paint the frame white . The axle springs and hubs black . Maybe the fenders green with white stripes and just maybe a black stripe down the side rail .:)

I like how you got it all hanging....makes it much easier to paint that way...looking good, hoope you don't have to work too many hours today!

^^^ The only problem with hanging the pieces is they kinda swing around when spraying . Ya have to put a finger or too on it while spraying .. Got the first coat of finish on at about 6 o'clock so I,m staying up and shooting coat #2 on at around 10 ish .. :pop2::yawn::brushteeth::clock::nod:

You must be feeling your Wheaties today.. Work all day and come home and spray all night..:applause:
Like how you have every thing hanging, like Trooper said, We did this in a sheetmetal shop I used to work for.. Works good..
Don't work to hard.. Get a Frosty and relax some..It will be there tomorrow..:lol:

Thanks Decker ! A little to late in the day for a frosty one . That would put me to sleep !
Speaking of sleep or lack there of , I finished up spraying second coat , prepped and SE axles and hubs , cleaned up and made it into the house at 1 o'clock .. Gunna shoot the axles and hubs,springs today amongst starting on a hunny do list a mile long . LOL !!

but you are right, just never tell anyone and mke sure they only see it from one side....you'll be golden...

Paint looks good on the trailer...the accent colors will really pop!

Yeah, I know...too late to do you any good, but next time, keep a coat hanger handy, bend a comfy handle on on end and a bit of a hook on the other to use as a stabilizer when spraying dangling parts...:bolt:

Kind of a simple stripe but I think it looks good . It will kinda match the black lower rubrail on the hull .
