Thanks Bear ! Just trying to get the finishing touches done before spring so I can do some serious chillaxing in a few months ...Brutha
Those seats turned out awesome! Looks like a great way to chillax and pass time~! Such a beautiful boat!
Yep your never really done . She gets sprayed down and wiped dry after every trip . And I use soap after we fish in it ! Nothing worse than finding an old shrimp head that got missed after a few days !so jealous here....love the "mother's" behind you on the dash...proof that it's never over! Let's see it with some H20 under it!! Ker-splash!!
 yeah someone suggested I do something with those old paddles a while back . I stole those out of Chris's boat ,sanded them down and restained them . I am in the middle of making some rod holders out of oak to go in the gunwales .. Have not decided yet if I will add some accent stripes to the paddle's .. They look pretty nice just plain .I gotta say, that shirt, that steering wheel, that under the dash console, those seats, those mighty fine, spiffy looking oars, and that boat make YOU look Awesome!
This Bud's for you!
You sir, have earned it!:watermelon:
Thanks for dropping in Zool I appreciate the complement !Altho this is my 1st post on your thread, ive been admiring your boat for a while now, and the wood accents do it justice!....nice job!
Yeah it kinda breaks up all the green paint nicely. Got a big job starting in about a week . Ya know the 4 month job that shouldShe just keeps getting better and better all the time.. The wood looks great..
Well I have to give you part of the credit ! Was your idea to do something with those old paddles .Showstopper!
No doubt about it!
Ya know at some point there must have been a cover that snapped over the side hard top openings and around the whole back end . I must have patched a 100 or so snap button holes ..Now if you can just stop anything from the inside from getting wet...
The actual color I took from the seats was called Independence China Green . But for forum purposes I call it SP green ..Looks great SP, I like the wood accents w/ the (whatever you call it) blue & white
