Lunch break update...

Got the center stringer extension piece PB'd & CSM'd up to the Bow Eye...

Also got the 2 Knee stringers 95% PB'd & CSM'd in...and the 2 Outboard Stringers tacked in with some PB & CSM...

After a refuel...more...yeehaa!

WTF is PB and CSM?

PB= Peanut Butter...made from Resin + Milled fiberglass fibers + Cabosil [aka. aerosil]

CSM= Chopped Strand Mat...we usually use 1.5 ounce, but other weights are available

Yeah but then he has to make the bottom sea through to so he can see the fish around the stringers! Looking REALLY good GT. I will give you a call when the battle wagon needs to be torn into. ;0

Sunday PM update...

Between rain showers and chores...

Got the limber holes cleared in the outboard stringers...

Still have to add some 1708 around these before I cover up this area with the crossbrace...

And I installed the crossbrace cleats...

A few steps closer to flippin it...

Final Sunday Update...

Got 1708 applied to the part of the out board stringers that will be under the crossbrace...

Besides gettin dark...this was a-thunderin and a-boomin and on its way here...

So, all in all a fairly productive weekend...

You are really picking up some speed. The stringer layout/lines look factory... The glass work is really good as well. You got that 1708 to lay down without bubbles in some pretty tight corners...
