Well.

That was 2 hours I'm sure oops! would like back to have worked on his boat

Looks great but poor guy has a lot more to do and all I did was help him drink some beer.

Anyway, some pictures. I'll toss a couple more up in the morning as I'm going to bed.

heh heh heh.....that was a good visit .....

13 hrs to gell coat.....its still not done !....

every time i look at it...i see more to do.....the hull is smooth...really smooth.

but....i can do better......im going to hit it for a few hours tommorow morning....then i have to clean the shop and run around and pick up supplys befroe the 2 pm deadline when mike the gellcoat guy gets there....

i still have to do the full transom....re sand the gunwhales...(both) and then fix spots on the keel....and do the last 1 -2 inches of the hull...(just below the cap).......i think i can get it done.......depending on what time i get finished,,, i might put another skin coat on the plaining surface......

I've got 2 joints to finish and then I'm out to pick paint with the wife to paint the bedroom....

heh heh heh.....pick out the paint first redfury....then finish your joints....

otherwise youll be doin the bedroom in floresent colors that look good under the black lights !

i dont know whats worse......boarding the room, mud and taping, or sanding the room?

my sis bought an old junker of a house, guess who got the call .....

my dad and i went over there.....she wanted rounded arches....yuck !

we did it and it looks pretty good.....when i built my house...i didnt even lift a sheet or a pail of mud !

by the way mike.....are you sure you got the vapor barrier behind the walls

2 hrs to gellcoat......boats still not done.

i had to run home to pick up some stuff. then run out and get the compressor.

the hull still needs to be spot filled (really minor holes that the gellcoat fairing might just bubble over)

then hand sand the entire hull with 120 grit.

i keep finding small bumps...the size of a pin head...that are too large to gell over....the come off with your fingernail...but every where i feel another.

my camera says file error when i trun it on...so im gonna have to find another.

Somewhere along the line, we needed to get oops! a web cam for this shop.

I wanna know how the gelcoating is going. Think I may drop around there around 5:30 or so so I'll bring back more pictures.

I count 17 cases of corona...I don't know what'll happen first, the gel coat, or alcoholism

If I could afford the drive ( and had a passport ), I'd drive up there just to see this thing in person.

TOOO COOOL OOOPS !!!! man i would love to !!! except it take what 6 months to get a dang passport now !!!!
