A trick I have found on the 2 part foam is mixing it good. When you pour he two parts together have one of those little paint mixers on your battery drill and stir for about 15 seconds and then pour. It will expand to a much larger area and more density.
You can dunk the mixing thingy in some lacquer thinner and you're all cleaned up and ready for the next batch.
Try it with a small amount, mix one with the drill and pour it in cup to expand....mix the same amount with just a stirring stick and pour it in a cup.....you'll be amazed at the difference.
