After a while underwater, even the flotation foam gives up.

1978 Bayliner 21

I know this isn't from craigslist but it is the canadian version of it. This guy originally had this listed for $795.00. He should be paying to have it removed. (Handyman special for sure)

Has been an expensive fancy boat in its day.

I love that line!

I had an expensive fancy meal a couple weeks ago..........it ended up a lot like that boat!

Hehe...He did say trades considered.....Maybe I should give him a call!

That's the best one I've seen on here in a long time.

I wonder why the floatation foam isn't keeping that boat partially above water???

After a while underwater, even the flotation foam gives up.

I was being a little tongue in cheek. It was my wat of pointing out that if the foam is saturated, any and all wood in that boat is either rotted or compromised with moisture making rot inevitible

The 1960 Chris Craft is a cool old boat. If I had the skills some guys on the restoration area have I'd bet that boat could be flipped into something spectacular assuming it doesn't need a stringer job. If you have to gut the transom and stringers it almost doesnt matter what you start with now does it.

Actually, she's worth it for the parts alone. That stuff brings good money on eBay. That shifter is worth $300 all by itself.

I have one for you. I was looking for a boat and looked into this Cobalt. The seller told me the boat was in good shape and only needed a seat fixed.

$3,800 ? $3,800 ? 19' Cobalt Boat And Trailer For Quick Sale*NEG - Ottawa Powerboats, Motorboats For Sale - Kijiji Ottawa Canada.

When I looked at the boat the only thing that did not need tlc was the motor and steering wheel. The swim deck was rotted, the carpet was moldy and the seats were down to the foam. This boat needed every thing...
