I always enjoy the project boat with all of the parts included, they just aren't put together. It has always been covered by a tarp, you can tell by the leaf impressions / stains that can never be removed. The motor ran great the last time out, in 91. It comes with new plugs, wiring, distributor cap, some fuel lines, particle board for the floors, the lights and gauges are a no brainer to hook up, the hydraulics weren't working but for $50 you get them up. It was under water for a few days but it dried out fast. The rest of the engine parts are in the back of the boat, a little sanding and some paint and you'll have a new boat. I'm still thinking it over, my guess is that it has been around 15 months and it is probably still a turn key vessel. Sorry, I forgot to mention that as a bonus incentive, 4 free life jackets, & a free anchor all came with it- that really made it a tough choice

Loved this thread and found a leaking boat with "easy fixes" that easily deserves to be here:

Please buy my Boat & Trailer

Saw a boat similar to that one at an auction this summer. I made the mistake of touching it; the thing was like a porcupine - got fiberglass slivers all over my hands. You couldn't pay me to take one of those.

The Vendor pontoon looks like it was built with used parts, but probably is titled as a 2013 custom built boat

Everyone is focused on the lower unit... what about the driver in the first pic? :D. I sure wouldn't be putting any pics with any family member on craigslist...

Not with Taters like that!

I like old boats, but tri hulls are my least favorite,Here in vegas you can get a nice boat and motor for 3500.

looks like press and stick tiles stuck to the carpet. At least it should come out easy.

Yup, your right. The lines where it tilts up did not look crisp to me but does now with a more careful eye, and it is definitely tile
