Glad you made it mostly intact. 2+days driving w/ some rub damage to the bow & the ipad damage ain't too bad when you're hauling ALL your stuff that far for a big move.

FF: Did I miss the lots of snow predictions for the next few days? Maybe it's worse up that way for you all......

Congrats & welcome to the sh!te ~ winter in the north east

You now get to enjoy the following:
The opportunity to make snow angels in your own yard, a lot
Build snow men that will stick around for WEEKS :snowman:
You get to enjoy 2 words I personally fail to think go together: ice fishing
Lastly, you'll have plenty of time to perfect a great mug of hot cocoa and your fire building skills (if the new joint is equipped w/ a fireplace) :ranger:

Yea it dropped about 7" on us this afernoon might get more! But who knows it could be in the 70's tommorrow H-ll it's Ohio anythings possible. Troop hope you got some rest.

Troop I just finished up reading your thread and I had a blast with it. Glad to hear you and the Ebko made it safe and sound to your new home. When I first found this forum your thread was one of the first I looked in on (only 2 pages then) and I just got back to reading it a week or so ago. Man you have come a long way since then. Oh and driving isn't that bad once you get used to it.

The ipad breakin is a bummer, been there dun that, but as wood shows it is fixable. The first time is a learning experience. The second and third time it's more fun!! Be sure to get the screen and the digitizer assembly, not just the screen. The digitizer gets broke with the screen.

Thanks SP...Seems I jumped the gun a little on this move...assumed things would go as planned. Closing has been pushed out a little...got all my stuff in storage awaiting closing...should happen this week though...then we can get some pics...we are very anxious to get things going and look forward to having a place we can call our own....

Yep , closing a mortgage can be a real pita ! There are always surprises . When I built my house I went from a construction loan to a mortgage and had to pay closing cost on both loans . Did not see that coming ..:facepalm:

we closed today!!!


got a start on moving in...

unpacking a few boxes....rained as soon as we started loading the truck...yard got tore up with the truck...but we are here... Will get some pics up sometime tomorrow...
