Thanks man, :D:D Try a few months ago,lol

The fiberglass repairs will be done later, nothing pressing there. Its sea worthy. Got to many other projects to finish in the next couple weeks. Have new controllers coming for the lights, more color options. Still have to install all that and varnish, install platform, clean and wax entire boat, dewinterize etc etc.

Wow- amazing work CC. Out of curiosity how much total investment went into the restore? I wish I had my boat in my driveway so I could play everyday! Good for you!

Nice job on the hull. It looks brand new!!!!

Quick question. I love the way you used the SS thru hull for your wires on the transom. I'm looking at a thru hull on ebay (ATTWOOD STAINLESS STEEL 1 INCH BOAT THRU HULL CONNECT), will this do or is there another brand or type you prefer? I also want to do the same thing for the bilge outlet (not sure of the name). Again, please let me know what works.

Again, great job!!!!

Thanks man, I think the film discs went a long way to polishing it. I compounded by hand after 1000 and it just shined right up. :)

Thankyou! :) About $250 bucks, but thats not including my time of coarse. Beat 3G to 4G at a boat yard. I see why they charge what they do, it is alot of work. But its reasonably cheap if you have the time. Most of the expense was for the film discs. Then some wasted on strippers that I had tried. :p

Thankyou sir, I don't know what brand I used, but the ones I bought were from ebay. Just make sure the shaft is long enough to get through the thickness of the transom. If you are wanting to be able to run multiple wires or run a plug for your electronics through it to fish forward to your helm without splicing , I would suggest you get atleast a 1 1/4, 1 1/2, maybe even a 2" truhull fitting. Most have dog ears on the inside, I ground them out just to be able to get my wires run. Think it is a 1 1/4" thruhull fitting. Just what I had laying around. It makes for a very clean look and all the wires come out the same hole which is nice. Don't forget to silocone or lifeseal the inside of the fitting after you have run your wires so no insects and water can enter.

The bilge drain is different, you will want a brass bilge fitting with a drain plug that screws in so it can be drained when trailering.

Congrats CC, Looks freeekin awwwsum!

Lol, man, you must have been seeing triple or quintuple or something.lol 48 rollers total, but who's counting, lol I would like to add another crossmember and 24 more rollers just for sh!ts and giggles though:D
