Most excellent work, you and a sander? Where does 1 end & the other start?

Thanks PMC. I think I do get alittle tingle in the hands, arms and shoulders while I'm sanding away.
Wish I could get the Admiral to think like that. It would be really nice to hear her say WOW look at that STUD using the sander.
What do I get from her? Don't you dare bring in all that nasty dirty clothes into my house!!!!!!

You are always worthy in my book.

Thanks JBC. You really don't know how true that statement is. The Admiral keeps waking up in the wee hours of the morning and slapping me on the head and tells me to quit rubbing her back. And I keep telling her I just need to get alittle more sanding done.

All I can say is... +1

Sea ya...

CKB. I think your going to be the king of sanding here. I don't think I would take on such a large project as you have.
Great work by the way. Thanks for the kind words.

Just caught up on this thread. I agree with everyone before me, Decker you are so great with the details. I have picked up some good tips reading this thread. I think I was trying to make my fillets way too big. I am going to try the Decker ziplock method. Looking forward to seeing more. AJ

I just caught up on this thread too. Great work Decker. I never could find out what happened to you ankle, but I am glad to see you are back working on the boat. I knew once I got back on the forums, I would get the "itch" again.

Welcome aboard AJJMH. Glad to hear something I did helped you out.
The ziplock method worked great for me, but some of the others guys didn't like it so much.
Good luck with it.

Good to hear from you Friscoboater. Thanks for the kind words. The ankle healed up ok. It just took awhile and I had to stay off of it.
Took alot of time away from the boat.
I would like to see the "itch" bring some new stuff to the forum. I always enjoy your threads.

I finally got back to the boat today. It's been awhile. I kinda took a few days away from the sanding.
No big updates, just did more of the sanding today. Have about 2 feet left to do on the last layup.
Maybe some new pics if it dosn't rain me out this week.

Thanks saginawbayboater. Hope the ziplock works for you.

Finally got all the new glass sanded down this weekend. Still have the keel to work on but it is way easier than the hull.
I keep saying I will have some pics and I keep forgeting to take the camera with me. Maybe tomorrow.

Spent all day with the Admiral Sunday. Our 28th anniversary is today. Don't kown how I kept her here for so long. She has a really good since of humor. She really needs one to hang with me for so long. :D

Hope everyone has a good week.
