Re: 1980 Sea Nymph SS 165 Rebuild

You are prolly already headed out with the Fam as I blurt this, but no matter...it will be here when you check in...

You are DA-MAN!!! wait, not loud enough...YOU DA-MAN!!!
No other mortal human being could have done so much in so short a time and come so close...

Like everyone has already stated...Enjoy the vaca and make great memories...then when you come back more tired than when you left, you won't have to rush through it and do it the way you want, the Jas-way...Top-notch, A#1 Quality, Iboats Approved!

Have Fun!

MOST EXCELLENT EFFORT JAS................

Now put all that effort and energy into your focus vaca.

Maybe you should listen to the clip again yourself and isolate the background noise, a herd of dying cats comes to mind

Good pull at it Jas, at least there's plenty of summer left.
Really like the decal tie in on the trailer.
Don't listen to all these haters we now have found something that surpasses your crazy mad photoshop skillz. :)
Have fun on vacation

So I was thinking,...........Which is usually a dangerous or at least expensive thing,.........

Anyway,...

A 8 or 12 inch setback jackplate would allow you to take up some slack on your steering cable, And remove some of the guesswork in the proper height for your motor on the transom,...At least it would be easy to adjust for optimum performance,....

Just checking in to see your progress. Wow you got a lot done since I last peeked in on you. Sorry you didn't get the boat done for vacation. It's looking pretty good though. Be safe and have fun.

how wide is this beast at the consoles, inside the gunwales and how wide is the walkthrough?..

i have a similar hull from crestliner and im thinking of adding a passenger console if i mirror the driver i will only have a 10inch walkway and i dont fit through that

Awesome pic.... Looks relaxing and peaceful (hope you were able to get some much need R & R and Q.T. with the fam). That said, I also hope you get back on this project soon, because I am really enjoying watching it come together.

Also, like Gus said, we "crazy loons" had a good time chattering amongst ourselves as well..

So, where the pics of the work today??? :D

Now that your rested, you should be able to work at twice the pace of pre-vacation......

So, where the pics of the work today??

I think the fam re-trained him to sleep past 3a:D

More sleep = less coffee needed = less frantic pace boat work

No matter, school starts again soon, that Jas will be back....
