Rolled the OB outside to make more room in the garage. Finally some decent pics but it's overcast and everything is wet.

Love the pin stripes and the cart boat looks great MP . Whats the story on the hats ? Those look sharp as well . Won't the weight of the fuel take care of the inward bow on the tank ? Great progress keep at it man.

Hey thanks big guy. Its good to have you back.

Doing the final paint prep on top sides. Going over everything with a DA. Hoping 4 cans of the rusto self etch primer will be enough because I wiped out the invintory at Lowes. The plan for today is to finish the sanding and give her a good wash.

Finally got the etch primer on. Its good to have that patch work covered up. Planning to take tomorrow off from work to get the bare metal primer on and if weather holds get some top coat on saturday.

Its coming along slowly. Got the bare metal primer on yesterday and now the weather man changed his tune. Drizzel, foggy and cold for the next 4 friggen days. I have to keep the boat in the garge and dont have room to get anything else done...Geesh.

The weather is finally breaking and the weekend is looking good for painting unless the wind is a problem. Been working on painting a black stripe on the sides of the cuddy and am reminded that I simply do not have the patients to paint well with a rattle can. Ended up trying to sand sags and after recoating 3 times I might be done. Pics soon but I'm so close to finishing I might wait till this weekend. Also using this spare time to plan up coming steps. The boat came with 16' battery leads so I can put the battery waaaaay up front in the bow. Running 1 1/4" PVC under the deck for all the wires.
