That's funny you use that title for us. When I get caught hanging with you guys here, my wife says....

Happy T-day! Any updates wood?

I've been doing the boring parts of cutting the Southern yellow pine wood parts for the seat frames. As soon as I get them done, I plan on trying to make a video of the assembly and the seat webbing. You gotta remember, I ain't no Young whipper snapper like you guys. But I have to admit the Judge and all the work he does, really makes me feel guilty, but I guess that's what judges are supposed to do, make you guilty!:p

LOL wood, you work and then come home and toy with your boat, I don't! I really don't work as hard as ya all make it out to be, a couple hours a day, but I can do something every day. My boat project is the only thing that keeps me sane, before getting sick I worked 90 hours+ a week...don't tell DOT, i only logged 70 of it! so now, sitting around the house just drives me bonkers.

Hey Jas,

I think we're related!!! You're wife and my wife are both WIVES!!!! My wife insists that I am addicted to the forum and that I spend more time talking with you guys than I do with her. After 39 yrs of Marriage, I told her she had already heard all my BS and I needed a new audience.:p

Ok, 15 people broke into my house about 2:00 pm
I had a perfectly good Turkey and look what they did to her.
Glad my boat was safely tucked in the shop, no telling what they would have done to a Flamingo!!!!

Well I got started on the Bench Seat. I started another thread on It with videos so you can check it out there too,

http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=524995

but I wanted to post some still shots here. This is the foam "Plasticized" using Walmart bags and spray adhesive. Works Great!

This is a front shot of the cover just pulled over the foam still need to tuck and pull and staple but I think she's gunna look pretty good.

This is a shot of it from the rear.

Will post more later.

Looks good Wood....we use the 3M super 77 at the office a lot. If you need something with some more bite you can use the super 90. I used that on my carpet. Works great and no sloppy glue mess like carpet adhesives.

WOW! Super nice Wood, that bench looks great. The interior is going to look awesome when you are done. And thanks again for taking the time to make the videos, they are goin to be a great help to all who want to tackle this kind of project.
