    Ok this is where I cut thru the liner. I replaced the wood pbed it to the bottom and tabbed it in. This will sit ontop another piece of ply that caps my stringers and contains the flotation foam.Do you guys think I need to grind down and add chop strand and 1708 or would pb and faring be enough

    Last of the wet rotten wood This is the cover for the fuel tank and middle of deck. Again small 6" squares I thinkn they do this to help keep it flat

    so I put 1 layer of csm on the side that gets pb ed to the liner and 1 layer of csm and 1 layer of woven roving to the bottom side. I pb the csm side and clamped it up to the liner. Now I'll wait to tomorrow and remove clamps. then I'll tab it in with 1708 tape.

    Did the small whatever you want to call them on both sides. I basically did 2 layers on the flat 2" onto hull then went back and did the inside corners 1 layer 2 to 3 inches each way And yes the new pipe is in 1 layer of roving woven I had laying around

    Got the main stringers pb'ed in. I had some heavy gaps here and there so I ran my pb straight down to the hull and when that cures I'll go back and cove it

    Thanks arawak the good thing is the tab under the one that did not cure cured fine. Different batch of epoxy. The last tab was a after thought so I grinded anting that looked suspicious and put a 20" tab 10' each way over the whole thing. Then I rolled a thin coat over the whole transom. Thanks...

    Ok what I set today (thin coat over what did not set the day before) has cured this is what it looks like now These are where I cut the tab loose that did not cure. It is all set hard now. Should I grind these areas or just tab over it all its flatter then it looks

    Ok so the original tank is 100 gal. My original plan was to make it 3" narrower so it can be removed in the future without cutting anything. My new plan is to also shorten it. I boat local on lake erie don't think I would ever need that much fuel on a outing. I am thinking about 50 gal tank ...

    All tabbed in one layer 4" x 4" then a layer 6" x6" then went over entire transom with 17 oz for a total of 3 layers ov 17 oz
