    Temperature Gauge Fluctuating

Check the wiring to gauge and sender unit. Ensure the sender is grounded.

    Malibu MMDC

What are the chances that two posts for one of those shows up in 1 day?

    What is it?

I would venture to guess that someone may have been considering a conversion over to that for some odd reason, and chickened out/ran out of funds or ambition. Reason I say that is that unit is not native to that boat it is in and looking at the cut hose, misfit hardware and no wiring, it came...

    What is it?

Looks to be a gauge controller used in Malibu boats. Aint cheap.... https://www.malibuparts.com/products/electrical-mmdc-3737019 https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=575628172&q=Medallion+number+7018+00002+01+manual&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiy8b-AnoqCAxXYFlkFHYEmDbYQ1QJ6BAggEAE&biw=1717&bih=987&dpr=1#ip=1

    Boat Loading Problem

^^^^ What he said. Trouble wrapping head around a 19 aluminum weighing over 3k. What is a "bed trailer"? You mean a "bunk" trailer? Believe the problems all lie in the trailer and your technique. Get trailer in deeper (but not too deep). You can tell when launching when the boat will float off...

350 Mag Bravo 3 with poor power steering assist

Probably one of the poorer designs when comes to things being aligned, They could have at least put alignment marks / or a keyed alignment in it instead of a "guesstimatem and hope it stays there".. JMHO...

Water penetration in Alpha 1 sterndrive

I am not there to see it, BUT, if leak changes with drive in different trim positions, I would be seriously looking at the bellows. That's the only thing that changes with trim. Maybe he didn't seat the bellows correctly, didn't "time it" in the proper position, use the proper adhesive, or...

You talking about the "O" ring?

    Dust Cap Woes

If you need to beat them on or force them off, there is something going on for them to just fall off when rolling. Doesn't sound logical.

    Dust Cap Woes

Ahhhh.... The MA roads. Been there, done that when living on the South Shore. But they shouldn't grenade the dust caps.

    Dust Cap Woes

Too bad you don't have a video of your complete procedure for repacking wheel bearings. Been doing automotive, truck and trailer wheel bearings for +- 60 years and never had one just "pop off" after 20 miles of use, or multiple times.

    Dust Cap Woes

If grease is squeezing out when cap is installed, I would suspect the bearing / cap space is over packed with grease. Maybe when they heat up, the pressure increase pushed the cap off.

Fuel gauge pegs to full when I turn on the ignition

Here is how to test the fuel gauge / sender to see what is bad. Sounds like you have a short circuit after the fuel gauge (wiring or sender) or a bum gauge.

ALPHA 1 GEN 1 TRIM CYLINDER (NEW)WILL NOT GO ALL THE WAY DOWN

The one closest to the prop is the down. Not sure if they do go all the way in. Ones I have seen, if I recall correctly on the alphas, the piston sticks out of the body about 2"

What is this thing on my Alpha One where a nut should be?

Over the outside on the car locking lugnut. That one you have, maybe a very large torx bit would work on the inside diameter, but unsure if that outside part just spins when lock nut breaks loose.

What is this thing on my Alpha One where a nut should be?

Some have been lucky and had a socket to use. They find a socket the won't quite go, then beat it on with a hammer, destroying the lock and the socket at the same time. Getting wheel locks off without a key is same method. Did it all the time working in wrecker yard.

    Bad coil?

Sure sounds like a voltage or grounding problem. Would be best to get it to someone that specializes in electrical systems. Too bad you're not closer to here.

SAFETY ALERT: Bow Seating Hazard (Malibu)

Just like the warnings... "Coffee is scolding hot. Do not place cup between legs" or "Don't eat the Tide PODS". Because of some peoples lack of common sense and ability to think through a situation (read that as "STUPIDITY") and desire to sue any and everyone else for the mistakes they make...
