Where can I find the oil filter?

Currently my alighment tool show the witness mark is that bottom touch the coupler more(See the pits of up and down).

Why is my understanding different from achris?

Achris mentioned following in my another thread as following,​

My understanding is

if the bottom of the alignment tool touch more to coupler, the engine is too high, I need to lower the front engine,

if the top of alignment too touch more to coupler, the engine is too low, I need to higher the front engine.

Is my understanding correct? But what my understanding is completely different from what Archis mentioned.

Yes, you need to raise the front of your engine

Can Anybody help me read the witness of alignment tools in the attached files. it should be pushed into the end and I can turn it with two fingers. but some difficult to pull it out.

if you can push it in to the end, and turn it with two fingers, you should be good. Removing it you are working against the suction from the grease. this is normal.

Remote oil filter kit was worth the money. I ended up having to make my own bracket though, as the one that came with it was supposed to work with Mercruiser but there was no way.

Here it is fitted, and also showing the custom bracket I made to mount it off the side of my elbow. Also, the last pic is more recent than the second pic - I made another bracket to better manage the hoses so they aren't just flopping around in the bilge.
