My 1995 SF14LW is named Limp Bait.

My buddy had one too many beers one night & as we were driving by a tackle shop he mistook the sign in the window "Live Bait" for Limp Bait.

Didn't have to look any further for a boat name.

How about: "ALUMI-NUMBSKULL" ..?? (must be wintertime..I'm putting entirely too much thought into this.)

Or just the recycle code (picture) the triangle with the number in the middle.

i was pretty much settled on "La Novia ALumina" (the aluminum girlfriend)....thought it was a good joke as i tell my wife that she never needs to worry abt me getting one of the live kind as i spend all my time/$/love on the boat (and her). but now i've had it suggested that we should look for another name....the sort of suggestion you ignore at your peril!

i'm probably going to go with something in Spanish as it will eventually be living in Mexico....the sailboat is Flor Del Mar (flower of the sea) and the Lone Star is Payaso del Mar (clown of the sea).

someone on here once suggested Tin Cantina, which i thought was really great, and they'd get it in Mexico, sorta.

what about Alcoa's Revenge? or Beer Can in Drag?

I don't have one yet but I saw one named "Help" written upside down. Thought it was pretty funny. It'd be a pain in the butt trying to identify yourself on the radio though.

I had a co-worker suggest I paint the word HELP in four foot letters on the bottom of my boat so when I'm capsized in the middle of Lake Superior....

I had a co-worker suggest I paint the word HELP in four foot letters on the bottom of my boat so when I'm capsized in the middle of Lake Superior....

My brother in law suggested Widomaker. His sister (my wife) didn't think it was funny at all. She's got this fear I'm going to drown and take our son with me.

My brother suggested Breaking Wind. I promptly rejected this one also. His next suggestion was Spoony B, hip hop for SpongeBob. Again rejected, although I love SpongeBob. My favorite episode is where Patrick and SpongeBob learn to swear.
