haha, point taken, I've come across a deal or two down here on a used motor or boat/ motor combo. Florida's economy got hit pretty hard so people are selling off lots of their toys. I know I can get a suitable outboard anywhere from $1500-$3000. Thats pretty much why I wouldn't want to exceed $500-$1000 fixing this one. At any rate, I may have some time tomorrow to rip it apart, really depends on my wifes schedule, but I've got a more general question for you guys. All other things being equal, whats the real difference between boring out 1 cylinder vs boring them all? I mean would it mean that one would have different compression or power then the others or anything like that?
