Just made my reservations. Be patient with them, apparently their 18 inches of snow has put them in a bit of confusion, seemed to know about our gathering but did not have "the list" of 14 confirmed participants.

Anybody else find the same response?

Do you guys know if they are actually charging your card at this time or just holding the information? I know that regular hotel chains don't charge you until you check out (I think you can even use a different card than the one you made the reservation with) but I have no idea what an independent might do.

How many nights did you guys reserve?

Albert and Matt..were you on the initial 15 list? Or do they have rooms available still? I was told to wait until 2010...but..looks like its a go from what I hear ya sayin

How many nights did you guys reserve?

SOP is that the card reserves the room but is not charged till you actually sign in or not show up if you do not cancel within their time frame but I did not ask them that directly. I did have to talk to the manager to register "early." I signed up for all 3 nights, F-Sun. Did not ask about their cancellation procedure, might do that via email.

The folks at the Inn asked me to have you folks hold off until Jan 4 but it looks like a couple of folks sneaked in. It's all good!!!

Pauly there are two rooms left and no free slips. There are however slips to be rented. If you want to get in you have to let me know so I can get you on the list.

OK folks, I'm not sure who is taking reservations at the INN but they won't even let me make one until Jan 4.

The reason they don't have the list is they won't take the danged thing from me!!!!

The manager has been out sick and I will have some conversation with him on Wednesday morning and hopefully get the list over then.

Stoney Creek, You are on the list for a room but the free slips are taken. I need you to pm me your first and last name ASAP.

Bear with me guys. These folks have a rule about not taking reservations until Jan 1 and the deal I had worked out with the manager isn't going too smoothly with him being out sick and me working 24/7.

OK Folks! We got everything worked out.
For those of you who already have reservations-Good! for the rest of you ON THE LIST, the inn will be closed on the first and they will begin accepting reservations after 6am on the second of Jan.

Please have your cc handy, along with a phone number and the 3 digit security code.

If we don't hear from CBG by the 4th, he will forfeit his room and we will have one additional opening. Also his slip will move down the list to whomever is next.

As it stands right now, we have the entire 15 rooms booked.

If there is anyone on the list who needs to back out, please pm me and I'll announce another sucker..er...opening
