I will be either traveling alone or with my Daughter, i will be bringing my boat, I would like to sleep on mine if possible, but I guess I'll be looking into a cabin for backup.

Re: Tinstock Accommodations Thread! LOOK!!!

Thanks Andy! I just wanted to make sure I had it right.

Rick, I'll try and make it happen ASAP. Right now I'm readying the boat for a Sunday/Monday trip to the lake. Along with a dry run overnight stay at the Lighthouse Inn:D

Please note changes to my signature.

BTW, have any of you folks noticed there is a boat drive in movie every Saturday night at the lake!

I have 2500 miles to travel. I'm seriously contemplating making the trip. Of course, that's if I finish the boat by then.

Re: Tinstock Accommodations Thread! LOOK!!!

Working on the boat and the wife but it sounds like a fun weekend. Don't know which way we will go maybe a cabin. Does anyone know how far the cabins are from the rooms? I will keep in touch, got lots to do over the winter and spring to get ready but she's going to be in the water next year anyway. Normally we go to the coast and camp at Cape Lookout but at least at a lake you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to see if your anchor is holding:eek:It didn't one night in a wind storm but that is another story...

Re: Tinstock Accommodations Thread! LOOK!!!

Hi Everyone!

I was just given a 1974 18' Starcraft with a locked up 165 Mercruiser. From what I can find I think the model is an American closed bow (all badges/nameplates/etc. and documentation is missing, and I can't find anything to decode the model from the Hull Code). Right now the cylinders are soaking in Kroil, lets hope for the best.

I'm posting because I would be interested in the Starcraft get together and was wondering if anyone might be traveling through/close to Central PA. If the boat's up and running it would be nice to have someone to trailer with, if its not running maybe I could hitch a ride and split $$..

Thanks...

Hi Ez. I'm in State College. Pics of the beginning of the resto' will be taken this Sunday, and I'll post. I might be mistaken on the length (didn't measure the length yet.. the guy said take it and she's yours, so I just hooked on and drug her home before he could change his mind!!). Anyway the HIN is STR23321M74B. That 21 in there might be 21'??
