Interesting motor there. I appears to be a twin cylinder but I didn't know they went any higher than 50HP. Interesting.

Thats the ONE fill hole and seal- sheet inner and outerTransom with heavy Aluminum. Measure carefully and mount a bracket with S/S bolts. then hang a 150 or 200 OB. Wow that woluld be nice.
