Needs to be an outboard.

Doesn't need to have a motor on it.

The perfect hull would be a 16 super sport.

Yup,........

Nothing unsafe as far as I am concerned,........

I think he is Tim Merten's brother and part of the Merten Power Tiller Steering company,.........

Mostly I was just proving "they do exist",........

I know there has been some legal wrangling trying to qualify the power tiller steering as "remote" so as to be able to hand bigger tillers,....If the market was bigger I think it would be done already,....

Bro, that boat is overpowered by 125 horse. I'm sure the engineers over at Skeeter had a plan when they designed this boat and tagged it for a 150. Being a tiller just makes this scary little rocket ship that much more........

Nah,........

The wheel version is rated for the 275, It's the same hull,...

It boils down to whether or not the Coast Guard considers the power tiller steering "remote",...

I'm sure that was a test boat for the folks at Merten,...........

If that boat is over 20 feet then the tag is only a "recommendation",.....

I think once past 20 feet CG rules change,.........

I can't think that nearly doubling the HP on the tag is a good move outside of some sort of specialized race boat or something eh?
