and is it just me or does the back of that thing seem to be sitting to far in the water? :p


Heck I would buy it as long as the metal on the bottom of the boat looked ok

looks from the pitch there is water in the aft bilge

that looks like $450 tops considering the engine appears to need a tune+ and some PTT electrical

nice platform to work with as I own one(79 SS18)

I emailed the guy and no trailer or any controls. I did request more pics. Seams a bit steep for a resto??

If I can find time tomorrow Ill drive to Conway and look at this, then post what I find for anyone interested in a outside opinion, thats rebuilt two of the Starcrafts.

Just received a Email from someone on the sellers list and said he thought the trailer was included but no controlls, the controlls are no problem as there is no motor LOL Ill run it down tomorrow sometime and post the results Pugetsound

Man came to look at my traiier for sale and took all day then He bought it and left at dark. Will get to Conway to see the 85 Islander wed. sorry bout that. keep you posted then.

The email I received with the extra pics said that the trailer did not really fit the boat and the owner would like to keep it unless he(owner) gets what he is asking for the boat. From the old C-List ads he had it for $2500.00

The boat is listed on eBay by a dealer.....

Super Sport at auction. Boats, especially project boats in the winter sell dirt cheap at auctions around here. This one should sell for $50 to $100 unless junk man shows up. Then it will sell for scrap price. If any of you are going to show up to bid, let me know and I wont bid on it to flip it and save from junk man. I will be there for the farm equipment anyways, but when the boat comes up and nobody is bidding on it, I wont be able to help myself. Please somebody else show up and buy it. I really don't need another boat!!! I had to hide the last one in my buddys barn!!

I emailed them again and who I conversed with is really not sure where the boat is. It is on ebay and reserve not met at $1400 it says nothing about the trailer either or any other description,. Would like to see it first hand it looks good from the outside but most do and can have a lot of repair if not covered. Pugetsound
