Re: Starcraft on C-list/ebay!

I asked him whether it was an 18' or 21'. The next day he found the title and said it was titled as an 18'. I never went to look at the boat, however, it really looks like an 18'. The fact that it won't fit in his 25' garage sounds about right. If you take 18 for the boat, a couple for the outdrive and 5 or 6 for the tongue it all adds up.

thanks! in the pic he sent me it really looked like an 18.

Hey BN, This one is a little bit of a drive for ya, but looks good and the price is right.

I saw that one. It's a little out of my price range (right now) but is a pretty good deal. I think I would rather have the Chieftain that's sitting next to it ;)

New elded Starcraft including the FF, TM and a Merc 4 Stroke for $14K? Maybe if I was rich.

But, I can certainly see the value there - that's a lotta bang for the buck.

I wouldn't spend that much on a new boat either. I would rather have the satisfaction knowing I took something destined for the scrap heap and turning it into something beautiful :D It's a labor of love really.

That new SC would look kinda silly when it was powered with a 1974 Evinrude which is about all I'd be able to afford to hang on it :p

Why do all of the good deals have to be so far away? :(

I have to admit, I thought about that one islander in portland, with the angry guy... :p

Re: Here It IS

Yep Thats it. I asume it is a V5 hull which is supposed to be better than my 1975 22 ft holiday. I bet the 200 hp on my holiday would ework fine. I however have kind of giving up on restros. anymore.
