So stuck in the rest of the plywood deck with pb/1/4" glass/steroids.
Moved to the stern and started installing www.flotationfoamsolutions.com components and happy with it.
Seems like oh it'll take an hour that turns into 4-8 hours. Do Love that hairy PB,
Also ran plastic hose/vacuum pcs. for future runs of electric and bilge water. Beat. Have a nicey day!

So the Rustoleum formula Woodonglass cleaned up nice considering all the seasons and abuse with mild soapy water.

What prompted not using pourable foam?

No....that definitely goes in next. This is the only system www.flotationfoamsolutions.com lets each underdeck compartment flow to the next compartment till it gets to the bilge. No mechanical devices required. Alas the poured foam does not get compromised and hold water.
I'm keeping this boat and this is how not to care about trapped water underdeck...……...the killer.

The concept is yes flotation foam with a way to let it drain and aerate front to back. 24/7

So the pourable foam will go over top? And adhere to the foamsolutions stuff? Interesting... I don’t think I e ever seen it. Granted, I don’t have any foam in my barge.
just checked out their website. Great idea

Yup...……...just like that. No you will never see it again. Tried true and tested. Albeit not " by a million dollar company" entry . You should foam your boat. CG requires foam for under 20' boats. ABCY says 30' boats.
Radder float dan sink. It's just too easy. Plus the compartments aerate....OMG?

I’m 26’... didn’t have any foam and didn’t put any back. It’d take a crap ton of foam to do any good on a 6k lb boat. I dunno even where I’d put it.

Thanks Eric,
Having fun bending and kneeling. Even picked up knee pads. Ha ha no funnies.
I'm getting SAM Back, couple Advil and libations per my doc. Fitting back the fish wells, they were snug to begin with so a trim here and a trim there seems to be working.
Got some rain and guess what saw water flow to my bilge. That was cool. :D

I learned to use knee pads about 20 years ago - really help to save the legs and back. Amazing what a difference they make.

So the rain hasn't stopped and temp is holding @ 50 deg. Plenty to do though and figure out approach. Refit fish wells and puzzle pc. between transom deck and main deck. It's coming together nicely. Lots of grinding and fairing coming up before I throw down some glass.
