wog , Yes I have been researching into that. Seems feasable. Heat, cool and bend. I guess I would have to make a buck to do the banging and bending on.
back to todays playtime. All is setting up well. Took meas. again so all bolts will work out just fine. That pc. of poly I used to stuff the gardboard drain in turned out great. I'm looking at it after I plulled the poly and was cussing thinking the plastic adhered to the EEEpppoooxxy. Then looked at the poly I removed and the only tear was from the screw.
So back to sanding and priming tom.

Cleaned some things from yesterday. Any opions on using this product for the transom cap? Gots to go, just got called into work. A VHD went down on AHU unit. Flooded from the penthouse down to the 1st floor.

raptor liner works well , however i think for capping the aluminum idea is pretty sound but you could spray the liner on the cap then just put aluminum where the engine sits

What a pisser this weather is!!! No rain at the moment but fog you need a knife to cut thru to see. What gives there Mr. President and no environmental impacts from green house effects? I think the next township over must be having a "Dry Ice" parade.
Humidity ahhh a mere 100%. No rain at the moment...wait...maybe I'll go run out and paint the transom.
I just want to knock that out....last week. Maybe sat.

Best to hold off on any paint right now Kev, if the humidity dont get to the paint, the skeeters will!.......I just spent some time in the barn cleaning up a old table saw I dug out to replace the one I burned out
