Nice. I am with you on the heater in the boat deal. I been letting mine warm up a half hour before I get in when I do things already.

Yes and I like your new roof too! I'll have to be ordering the next faster setting eeeeepppooooxxxy this week due to temp changes.

So I got to doing the inevitable... I had to grind down the gelcoat on the splashwell. TG I had a nice day to do it outside. Also found a spot where the ply/glass I placed was coming off the shell of the splashwell. Attribute that to @ 3 years out in the weather, rain, snow, freezing, covered/uncovered. My fault but newb I am. Cut it all back to prep for new wood and glass.
Let me tell ya gelcoat blows to sand!!

So made the repair finally. Cripes I couldn't find my jigsaw. So I tore the boat apart, cleaned up, fired up the heater and finally got there. Endf of my cabosil, end of my EEEEEPPPPPOOOOXXXY. Tons to do still. Will make an order next week. Had to order home heating oil. Glad I got the inside boat area cleaned and ready though...had to be done.
And too Cool...rained all night and bone dry in das boot.

Didn't get as far as I wanted this summer. I was hoping to get the motor mounted to the transom so I could play with the wiring. May still get there, we'll see.

Yup back at ya! Ran the heater the other day in the boat. Got warm real fast. Depending on the snow the hardest part this winter might be digging a path out of the snow. Can't wait to roll that outboard over to the transom. Just wanna fish ya see.
All guys...thanks for your support!
Woodonglass Maybe just maybe I'll start working the 1591 singer you helped me get. Good time to trial it out this winter.

Let me know if I can assist with Tips and Pointers getting some Upholstery work done. 1st Piece of advice...Get some Greeb Vinyl and make yourself and Eagles Stadium Cushion. You'll learn a LOT...http://www.sailrite.com/How-to-Make-...-Cushion-Video

If you do piping, use 3/16" screen spline for the piping cord. Cheap and works great. Lowe's or Home Depot or Walmart all carry it.

I'm a Phone Call away when you get ready.

Buy some #19 Needles...https://www.ebay.com/itm/Schmetz-Hea...-/380499183376

and some V-92 thread...https://www.ebay.com/itm/UV-Sun-Prot...x37FqktkeYNKZw

I can't remember if you have one but...If not get an adjustable zipper foot
