Merry Christmas Kev!
Nice menu!
I barbecued some 2" thick Coho steaks yesterday, and today I've got a 12 pound turkey in the smoker. First try at smoking a turkey, so the wife's got a back-up bird in the oven, as well as a ham. We have a house full to feed, good times indeed!
Cheers

Mike

Minch, I hope it's not this one lol! Did ya toss it or was it salvageable? It does appear to have some finish on it so I'm crossing my fingers the aluminum was protected.

Anutter update. Tank arrived today, just before the 12-18 inches of snow. I may have lucked out. I was on my way to work and was about to chum so I called out, slept and looked outside the tank was there. Put the tank on the stand, bought some gauges and parts etc. to do a 3# test. he passed w/flying colors. Did a bubble test on all and any spots that looked of concern.
The only slow leak was at the sender, which I'm going to replace and the cheapo gauge from home deblow.
Now I'm looking to remove the Lime colored film on the tank and recoat. The greenish film is very thin. Any suggestions?

Look into strapping down the tank and/or have a friend add brackets to the tank.
Keep ya posted.

KI YI Yippity yi yea! My laptop went down last night, acting up. Just spent the last 4 hours taking it totally apart and cleaning it up. Plugged it in, stepped back when I powered back on and Holy Moly, Good Gosh Miss Molly, fired up like a Champ. That's how I spent my time after work. Post some pics soon.
