Has anyone used this style of marine wire. I know their are a million variables. I like that it is wrapped and not sloppong all over the place. In addition to ID' it. This is just an example.

I think I may have used something similar to that on the Girls Ouchita over in Lake Butler ..It was sheaved like that .. Worked pretty good IIRC ...

This is the start of everyone wanting to get back on the water or restoring some kinda boat to get on the water.
It's busy now with everyone trying to get wet. So if you don't get an answer fast enough for your build or you didin't do your research which is soooo available meohmeohmy to your angst.
One of these awesome guys will get back at ya. major issue is do it right, research it, make decisions based on RESEARCH.

Last couple days sanding, fairing, priming, x 3 for paint not gelcoat. I hate gelcoat.

I looked at that stuff and remember liking it, but for some reason I decided to go with the individual anchor marine wire instead of the sheathed stuff... I wish I could tell you why, but I have no idea now lol

I did the gell coat thing once .. It could have went better ... Not saying I would never try again but it aint gunna be anytime soon ..

I understand the value of gelcoat. Particularly its finished thickness. From all my sanding of it!!!
I really enjoy the the paint and all the colors and application with rolling etc.

Put down 2 coats today. Boy a busy day with dr's and stuff. Still got some stuff done. Color from Kirbys is
"FIGHTING YELLOW LADY"
I need to sand and throw on some more.

Actually he's pretty cool and gets along with my 20 lb and 85 lb dog. He rules the house. I can call him and he comes to me when he's outside.
A little trippy how smart animals are.

Sanded my butt off today with the yeller paint. Went back with 1 coat and will see how it lays.
Thinking to give it a couple days to dry. This color needs multiple coats.
