Man...Thats alot of lasagna!! When you guys get here to help me out!!! You missed my shepherd's pie.
If it's Spring.when you show up then it will have to be smoked pork loin, beef tenderloin, alaskan king crabs, bags of shrimp, pork on a stick...little stuff like that. Then also the best homemade burgers, corn, sweet sausage with hot sausage, foiled wrapped corn already seasoned but with the leafs on..Maybe no foil..depends on how dependable you are with showing up. So LOL! BTW..This whole forum is invited. .
For the out of staters...cheese steaks, hoagies, tastycakes, ..................
Still looking to hear about the negative sides to this redo.

Score; POSITIVE NEGATIVE

3 0

well shows up odd so;
yes...................4
no.....................0

One negative might be that the boat in the pic is a noreaster style with a forward helm/cabin, yours is a mid helm/cabin so if u run the cover overhead of the seating, you cut way into the cockpit space?...it may not look quite as quaint....and more like a sampan from Vietnam....maybe a photoshop mockup to see how it looks on urs....

You may have to get yourself one of those cone hats, or even a Devo hat! :D

I do like the idea tho!..and should be relatively easy to make..

Yes I've heard/read that and I do Love the DE. Bottom line is that I believe I have to go with a NorSouthWestEaster to put my mind at ease. Will not be the same but I like the lines and and the simplicity vs. that tonnage of metal. In addition the metal cleats/pads that were installed really bad. Some had screws some had noting but maybe glue until i can pull it off Of which I would have had to do anyway because of the 1/2 azz buggered installation.

Zool, It'll be a busy weekend and of course you are invited too! lol! Damn I forgot to mention Scrapple!!

Ah, the classic NorthSouthEastWester. Fine looking vessels! Or did you mean NorthEastSouthWester? A different kettle of fish altogether. Either way I like the pilot house look. Is there going to be cold beer to wash down all the grinding dust, er, I mean food?

Think when I get to it....very soon now that I have weather I'll make a physical template from foam board for some prototype iders.

That's a good idea, then you can work out things like roof pitch and size. Might need to be more slanted than with the westeaster....being set back and all.

Long story short; I haven't received the headliner material yet , so nope, haven't started on it. Should have the material early next week from a different source, then no more excuses.

Well those little stringers and bulkheads are toughies. But still getting at it. Angles, curves, odd shapes to contour the glass to. I did do full wrap of the first 2 areas but didn't attempt to do a hot on hot. Just too much going on in those little areas. So there are 8 "boxes" of which 1.5 are complete. Each box really consists of a complete 3/4 wrap around with glass to the the newly completed work. Little at a time. gots to go have a 9 lbs chicken cooking in the oven......
Can't wait to get out of here and go for the back end.

And we still got another 3" of snow yesterday. Boat shell/covering held up great. No collapse this season. I attribute that to the wood ridge I put in this fall.
Happy rehabbing all!

new phone pics 4-6-15 006.jpg Well got to at least glass off 6 of the 8 boxes and cut the rest out for the other 2. Running out of the green stuff. Even the EEEpoxy is getting low. Should have enough thought to finish the boxes. Then Give the boat an entire SPRING Cleaning and start to prep the rest for later. Been running crazy.
