I use MS OneDrive, every PC on the planet has that cloud icon and the phone app works great to upload the pics.

So let me know if this stays showing? I now set up a shared photo folder on Google. I have tried many different ways and all give me errors. The iboats photo upload has never worked and really needs to be changed.

The old glasser will be available for free once I pull the engine, leg and controls. If anyone wants it for a project its FREEEEEEEEEE
It will still have the seats and everything else. Hull seems good. It does have a trailer, but the trailer rusty and does not have a tongue for it to be towed. It would need some work or a flat-deck with a winch to move it.

The light grey on the lower hull is primer, I was planning on painting it black.
I really need to find some time and motivation to work on it.

I removed the Merc 165 leg from the old Glasser yesterday, here are the photos....

1st pic before I did anything

2nd pic, removed trim rams from the leg

Before removing anything else I put the shifter into forward gear!!
Gave the leg a good wash to get all the green crap off of it. No need to get really dirty...LOL
3rd pic took off the 6 bolts holding the leg on.

4th pic: Put the leg on a stand or Workmate I should say. It sat in the workmate better than I had hoped and saved me from having to build a stand. Nice and high up easy to work on! Now I know why I was keeping the workmate.

Glad it was an easy tear down so far, sometimes they can be a bear to get apart after many years. I use the workmate for my LU's too.
