Re: Post a pic of your starcraft!

Mine is a 1966 Starcraft Mustang, purchased in 1967 by my grandparents. I brought it home with intent to restore, but a year later, I haven't touched it. I don't want to see it deteriorate any more and want to get some advise on how/where to find someone that could really use it as or for their project. In whole or parts.

Just acquired. All original 1960 16' Jupiter with a 1960 Evinrude 75hp. 438 hours...everything works fine, just needing a windshield.

Just bought 1960 Jupiter...Nassau (?) has 3 knee braces also. Wow this is a beauty! Like the wooden dashboard. What kind of wood is that? white oak?

Re: Post a pic of your starcraft!

Hi newbie here just started a restoration thread on my 1981 160ss with 90hp johnson. Here is a picture of it, not pretty but it floats and goes great through the water. 1st boat by the way always had to use my dads, now he said he is going to use my :).

Very nice i just got one off C-list, and am having fun working on it at night, people love these boats, and kinda neat rolling up at the lake with a 40+year old boat.

Welcome,
Sorry for your loss there Mr. Traffic sir. It was real nice of him to pass it on to you. When you're ready to do a little work to her, stop by and start a thread of your progress. The guys here are very interested in whatcha got and can answer any question you might have. Lots of photos and some discription of what you plan to do to her will get you lots of encouragement, advice, and helpful links to parts at bottom-feeder prices.:)

Re: Post a pic of your starcraft!

thank you, i was actually wondering if anybody had any information on this boat, i think we rough measured it at around 19 ft. im actually planning on taking the canopy off and redoing the whole boat and making it a center consol or a tiller boat, i do alot of duck hunting and salmon fishing here on the columbia and need alot of room in a boat.
