Moved the Holiday out of the garage for the winter. Made a giant saw horse to put tarp over the boat. I used some leftover rough sawn lumber from huge pine tree's cut down on my parents farm about 20-25 years ago. The center beam is 17 foot 2x6.

I had to post, I was thinking my thread might get too old and get the red "old posting" tagged to it.

I've been on the computer all day, posting vintage boat parts and vintage beer cans, on Ebay to get some walking around money together. I needs lots of stuff yet. However, may have found a 16 gallon gas tank for $30 for the Holiday, on CL, and a full canvas enclosure for the Nassau at $100 on CL. Now I just need someone to buy all the stuff I listed on Ebay, so I can pay for them.

My Ebay endeavors last year were pretty good. I did exceptionally well with vintage beer cans from the mid to late 50's. Hopefully I can repeat that performance, and fund my MBS.

Yep - The rules are that the OP can always post, no matter how old and moldy it is. Rule #12 with my added emphasis:

Do you sell full or empty beer cans? It must be draining to dispose of the contents if they have to be empty. :lol:

There calling for another 8 to 10 inches of snow north of here. I 'll get lucky this time may only see a flurry.

I did spend some of my Ebay proceeds the other day. I found this nice pair of helm seats on CL w/ sliders.

(You know its sad when the only progress you can post is what you bought for your boat)
