Zach, Tachs were sold, I think the only gauge left is the speedometer. I got some topside polish done but it looks terrible! Should be enough to keep the oxidation off the hull though.

you can only do so much with the oxidation

Boats running again after a few tries it fired up.

It worked alright, but not great. I have decided it's good enough fornow and I can tackle it after it's splashed.

Hi guys ! I'm finaly back on the water with the help of a donor motor . Tomorrow i plan to fine tune my carbs , then tackle the rest of my punch list on the fly . Long range thought is to do a preliminary splash in at Old saybrook next weekend ...anyone for a mini-meet??? peter

Hey Everyone... Been in the water for a month. Everything is 100% solid. I have the next three days off but mother nature looks like I am only getting one day of good weather. Looking forward to meeting some new boat friends. Anyone close to the Dartmouth area?

Getting everything I need together for this weekend. Lines, safety gear, new blowers, testing all the systems, etc. Lets hope I can tackle my list by Saturday!

oh it was a good day nice and red now loll we got it up to 33mph top speed with about 400lbs of gear and bodies on it

So my journy out this weekend sat went great and most of sun went good until i lost my steering to the left, wheel just wouldnt turn so we headed back up river and about 30 yards from the dock i lost my steering to the right. so no steering period. I havent looked at it yet but i hope its just the cable

Sorry to hear, but hopefully it's an easy fix and your back on the water soon.

I was unable to launch last weekend due to consistent chasing of small issues. I hope they are all sorted out and the boat can be floated this weekend.
